Lightly coated chicken thigh, par-cooked and frozen — not ready to eat. The standard method is to thaw, slice and finish it in the pan with your own sauce; when time is short, deep-fry it straight from frozen until fully cooked, then toss it through the sauce. The same base carries teriyaki bowls, stir-fries, rice bowls and a hot food bar, so one box covers several menu lines.
