Bite-size pieces of boneless chicken thigh, marinated, battered and finished in a crumb-flecked outer coating at our plant. Supplied raw and frozen, so your kitchen only has to fry.

- Boneless chicken thigh, skin off · approx. 45–55 g pieces, fully coated
- How to cook
- Cook from frozen — deep-fry at 175°C for 7–8 minutes until the centre reaches 75°C. Raw product — cook thoroughly before serving.
- Storage
- Frozen, −18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed.
- Allergens
- Contains wheat, soy (provisional — confirmed on the final specification).

- Fried-chicken menus, share boxes, bowls and snack packs — toss to order in your sauce or dust with a seasoning.
